Refund Policy

  • Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund.

  • Change-of-mind returns: Accepted within 14 days for unused items in original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Exclusions: Custom hampers, opened consumables, and sale items are not eligible for return.

  • Exchanges: Not accepted.

  • Refund processing time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
